NCM Global Sync Task is not listing anymore.
Tomcat Cache issue
1. Login as install owner or User with Administartor access in Spectrum and check the privileges.
Below are the OOTB privileges for NCM:
2. If privileges are intact, take a restart of OC tomcat and delete the cache.
Below are the steps for same:
rm -r $SPECROOT/tomcat/work
Now launch New OC client and check for Global Sync task.
