Include proper reply for PGP Server in WEP Inbox relating to carriage returns

Issue/Introduction
When going to type a message reply in Web Email Protection (WEP) in the inbox, the reply does not put the cursor at the top. Rather, you need to hit enter, and then type.
Should be the below where the cursor automatically starts you at the top of the email for a reply:
