ucybdbrt utility on Linux core dumps with segmentation fault

Issue/Introduction

When running the 21.0 reporting tool utility (ucybdbrt) on Linux, the utility fails with a segmentation fault and core dump.  Standard out for the utility shows something like:

[<user>@<hostname> bin]$ ./ucybdbrt -C0100 -X/opt/####/####/automic/AutomationPlatform/Utility/bin/queries/forecast.xml

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
