Jasper chart image empty on Availability Reports

Issue/Introduction

When we ran availability reports, the chart on the left (Availability Summary) don't display/show the images correctly.

Selecting a different chart type doesn't make a difference.

Why is that happening, and how can we resolve it?

 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Cause

This problem has been reported with Spectrum 21.2.8 and 21.2.12, integrated with Jasper 7.1.1 or 7.9.1

Resolution

Problem has been corrected in 22.2.2 onward

There is no port of the fix, and the upgrade it is required to resolve the issue.

Symptom: The Availability: Selected Devices report shows an empty or wrong summary Pie chart.
Resolution: Code changes are done to ensure that the Availability: Selected Devices report now shows the correct values in the summary Pie chart. (DE518304, 32869610, 22.2.2)
