Post upgrading the the Citrix desktop from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2019.
Within the Windows 2019 desktop, when we open the SOI console, the Toplogy tab is not available any more within the Contents panel of the SOI console.

Known defect fixed on top of CUM4.
This is a known issue and can be fixed in couple different ways:
1) By taking the steps below:
Open a command prompt and run the below command
2) We have also fixed the issue from code side with CUM4 patch. Please contact support for a fix if you are running CUM 4.
