Why does the LRDYP command output sometimes shows zeros for Start Time in CA 7?
The LRDYP command lists VRM (Virtual Resource Management) or WLB (Workload Balancing) information for jobs in the ready queue waiting to be submitted.
One of the fields on the resulting display is "Start time". Occasionally this field will be displayed as zeros because "Start time" indicates how early or late this job is and the amount that the original priority is adjusted due to the start time factor.
If the job is not early enough or late enough then the value would be zero. Note that the value is not the start time, but a calculation from a comparison of fields which relates to whether the job is waiting to be submitted or is already submitted.
