Issue/Introduction

Unable to Import file in WCC ECIL, getting error as below.

StatusCode: 401, Using user: XXXXX : https://xxxxxxxxxxxxx:9443/AEWS/command

 

Environment

Release: r12.0 and r12.1
Component: Workload Automation AE (AutoSys Edition):

Cause

When file is imported from WCC ECLI tab, it would create "InFIle" in temp folder of WAAE server and import the data and then execute. But in this scenario the monitor user does not have access to the temp folder, hence error.

Resolution

Please grant access to the monitor user for the below folder on WAAE that would resolve the issue.

Windows
========
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp

This would be fixed in next maintenance(would update the article).
