Modern Project Copy Error

Issue/Introduction

The following do not copy over to the new project:
Staff
To Dos
Task
Assignments

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to 16.1.0 and provide right (Project - Copy) .
2. Create a project that contains Staff, To Dos, Tasks, and Assignments
3. In the Project Grid View, right-click a project to copy and 'Copy'
4. Wait until the 'Copy is in Progress' message finishes.

Expected: All the specified items should be copied as per documentation.

Actual: Only the project properties are copied. 

The APP error shows:

Environment

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

This is reported as DE68451/DE67146  and is resolved in 16.1.1

To fix the instances having the issue, go to Object > Team > default allocation
and set the value to 0. 
Click Save.

Project > Copy will now work without error.
