Missing indexes with logical views Web Viewer 14.0

Issue/Introduction

It seems that the Indexes option with logical views is not working at all – this was working before the upgrade from 14.0.02 to 14.0.03

Can see index views using the Reports option, but indexes which were are all recently added in the last 2 months do not show indexes past a certain page.

The indexes were verified in mainframe View.

Cause

When a logical view is indexed and set to skip pages then data is returned only when the index value includes the first page after the skip – otherwise no data is returned.
