Browser Agent does not collect information for monitored URLs

Issue/Introduction

The customer is facing the issue where Browser Agent metrics are not being reported properly under the experience collector host. Customer exercise the web page. The web page is showing browser agent snippet is being inserted to the page, but on the APM UI, not metrics are being reported for Browser agent. It seems like agent is configured correctly. This is on premise DX platform 21.7 release.

Cause

Possible root cease.

encodedBodySize value out of range error

Browser Agent not sending Data due to Numeric value out of range error

Resolution

Upgraded on premise DX platform to 22.1 release resolved this issue.
