Unable to delete a sender pattern as its used in multiple policies

Issue/Introduction

Unable to delete a specific sender pattern, the specific policy is showing

Used in Policies - Used by at least one policy

 

Resolution

Since the gui does not show exactly which policies are part of the sender pattern, you can use the below query to figure this out.  You can collect the sender pattern id by clicking on the sender pattern and look at the url for the ID.

 

SELECT lcv.POLICYID, lcv.POLICYNAME, lcv.Conditionid, lcv.conditiontype,lcv.isorcondition, cv.name, cv.TYPE from LEAFCONDITIONSINPOLICYVIEW lcv JOIN conditionview cv on lcv.CONDITIONID = cv.CONDITIONID where lcv.CONDITIONID in (select conditionid from sendercondition where senderpatternid=<replace with customer's senderpatternid>)AND lcv.POLICYISDELETED=0;

 

The above query should list out all the policies this sender pattern is part of.  Now just go into each policy and remove this sender pattern to be able to delete it.
