Issue/Introduction

We're not getting the down alerts when it cleared from the console in the cleared alarm history tab the same is not getting visible in the database end.

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

Restart the SOI services as per the recommendations given earlier

(Reference KB article https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=135251)

Close the browser and SOI console.

Re-login the SOI UI server and relaunch the console.

After the stopping the SOI Services. Please cleanup the below folder.

CA\SOI\tomcat\temp

CA\SOI\apache-activemq\data\

CA\SOI\tomcat\log

CA\SOI\tomcat\work\catalina\localhost

CA\SOI\SamUI\work\catalina\localhost

CA\SOI\SamUI\temp
