Missing data in Roadmap - some attributes do not Sync

Issue/Introduction

Some of the attributes we added to Roadmaps are not syncing on the Roadmap items. They are blank although we checked to Match Custom Attributes

Environment

Release : Any

Cause

• The custom attributes will not sync if the API Alias ID is not the same on the Investment attribute and then Roadmap Item attribute.
• This is a documented requirement as per  Sync custom attributes from Project/Idea to Roadmap

Resolution

1. Open the Roadmap Item attribute and the Investment attribute side by side to compare
2. If not matching, update the Roadmap Item and set the API Alias ID to match exactly the source Investment attribute API Alias ID
3. Resync and this should work
