Spectrum One Click console screen shows empty

Issue/Introduction

We have a Spectrum OneClick where the Adminstration page is missing and the console (both the thick client and the webapp) are completely blank.

Environment

Release : Spectrum 10.4.x, 21.2.x, 22.2.x

Cause

• Spectrum Tomcat Cache is corrupted.

Resolution

1. Stop Tomcat.

 

2. Remove the SPECROOT/Tomcat/work folder.

 

3. Start Tomcat.
