Team Actuals are not matching assignments or posted transactions

Issue/Introduction

When comparing the team actuals they are not matching the Posted Transaction Review quantity or the assignment actuals.

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

First thing to check is that the Team page is not filtering out any resources.

Open the filter and click Show All

The filter defaults to active/labor resources.

If there is still a mismatch it could be caused by non-labor resources.  Depending on how the transactions are created, the quantity may be the cost or vice versa as posted transactions will compute the quantity and cost correctly, but the team actuals may not be correct.  This is normally seen on expense type resources.
