It is expected to collect the QOS data even when the server is in maintenance. To exclude the samples collected during the maintenance window from the compliance calculation of SLA reports, ensure that the 'use_maintenance_mode' flag is set to true in the setup section of the sla_engine probe deployed on the primary hub robot. This configuration should ignore the QOS samples collected when the server(s) in maintenance.
