Issue/Introduction

Unable to delete the user groups imported via Directory Sync.

 

Environment

When running the full sync user groups gets imported from the AD and cannot be deleted from the Cloudsoc

Resolution

Broadcom has planned a feature in the near future to disable user groups.  ETA not yet available.

Workaround:

Broadcom Engineering can delete the groups.  Contact Support to request the deletion.
