Performance Designer access without report scheduler permission

Issue/Introduction

Observed we need to give report scheduler permission for user to access performance report designer/Settings tab in Operator console

In below screenshot if we do not give report scheduler permission, user cannot see settings tab, hence, user cannot view/generate performance reports  

From usability/security perspective use case is to not have access to send /schedule reports when at same time have access to Performance Reports 

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.4  CU5

Resolution

This is a legacy issue which Engineering will address in upcoming cumulative update CU6

 UIM 20.4 CU6 is tentatively planned for end of January 2023.
