According to the information in ref. documentation indicated by the customer "The issue occurs
because the openssl.exe fails with the following error: The application was unable to start correctly."
"The following 32-bit DLLs do not exist in the syswow64 directory:
mfc100.dll, mfc100u.dll, msvcr100.dll, and msvcp100.dll"
Those dll's should be located in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
Should follow the solution to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86),
so the openssl.exe will proceed.
The openssl.exe is found in the following directories:
C:\Program Files\CA\CCA Server\bin
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents\NDG\bin
C:\Program Files\CA\CCA Grid Node\ssl
