Issue/Introduction

Install log file:

[[email protected] NFA]# fgrep NonRoot_PostInstall_PostUpgrade_Script.sh *
grep: DBUsers: Is a directory
Harvester_Install_11_23_2022_17_14_15.log:Install File:

            /opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/bin/NonRoot_PostInstall_PostUpgrade_Script.sh

 

File not found:

 

[[email protected] ~]# ls -al /opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/bin/NonRoot_PostInstall_PostUpgrade_Script.sh
ls: cannot access '/opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/bin/NonRoot_PostInstall_PostUpgrade_Script.sh': No such file or directory
[[email protected] ~]#

 

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

The installation was with the root user

Resolution

Really this file doesn't exist if you install as root user that file will be created only when we install harvester with non root user and run the script with root user

sudo /opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/bin/NonRoot_PostInstall_PostUpgrade_Script.sh
