When switching from the Primary to the Secondary SpectroSERVER, alarms are deleted from alarm subscription (REST)

Issue/Introduction

We have configured an alarm subscription that integrates with out ticketing system. 

When there is a failover from the Primary SpectroSERVER to the Secondary SpectroSERVER, the we are receiving a "deleted" for each alarm from the Primary SpectroSERVER in the subscription:

This has consequences because alarms are removed from our alarm integration tool because they are receiving a removed-instance deleted=true.

Resolution

This issue is addressed in Spectrum 21.2.12 and above.
