Issue/Introduction

We are unable to create CABI Reports using 'Metrics Topic with Custom timeframe' option

Pop error message displayed when attempting to apply CABI Report setting/custom dates:

Exception executing database query. Please contact administrator. See application log for additional details. HY000 (TibcoSoftware)(SQL Server)( JDBC Driver) 'datediff' is not a recognized bulk-in function name

 

 

Environment

CABI 7.50 and 8.00

Resolution

Redeploy uim_core_dashboard_pack 2.51 on the cabi robot

The following message is displayed in the cabi.log when the package is successfully uploaded to cabi: 'Successfully uploaded uim_core_dashboards.zip to cabi Server'
