Issue/Introduction

How to register for notifications for Broadcom AA Products, Releases,  Updates and Critical Alerts ?

Environment

Release : All supported AA releases

Cause

Need to register for automatic notifications for releases, alerts etc.

Resolution

To register for automatic notifications follow the following steps

1. Login to https://support.broadcom.com/ using your credentials. Click in the area shown below to get to the pull down menu to select "Cyber Security Software" .

2. Click as shown below and then select "Notification Settings".

 

3. Search for the Product of interest (in this case CA Advanced Authentication) as in this case "CA Advanced Authentication" and select as shown below for say "Release Announcements".
