A change in an OPSLOG control block introduced by the PTF LU05807 causes an incompatibility with OPS environments where this PTF is not applied.
After upgrading our test system to z/OS 2.5. OPSMVS OPSLOG does not show messages on the 2.5 system from the z/OS 2.4 System. Example below and the profile. System T is the 2.4 system doesn't show System X the 2.5 system.

Otherwise, apply LU07051 to OPSMVS on the afflicted system. Note: LU07052 is also required for those customers who installed FMID CCLXE01.
To verify the fix levels, use the =4.1.5 Modules screen and look at module names: OPBOFU, OPBOSU,OPSLOG
