Tasks Workspace Grid Query is slow with no filter (PostgreSQL)

Issue/Introduction

Tasks Worskpace (Grid) Query is slow when there is no filter added and if the user has access to large number of projects (PostgreSQL) on high load
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1. Login to Clarity New UX as an Administrator with access to over 20K+ Projects.
2. Navigate to Tasks Workspace by using multiple users with access to many projects ( or administrator users) - approximately 10 concurrently

Expected Results: Tasks Worskpace returns data in reasonable amount of time
Actual Results: Tasks Worskpace runs for more than 12mins and consumes high database CPU on PostgreSQL

Resolution

[Addressed by New Work] Feature and story work completed for this area improved overall performance for the Tasks Workspace in Release 16.1.0.
