MSP: Milestone finish date not updated in MSP after changes done in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

Milestone finish date still shows the date prior to the update in Clarity. Unable to save a project back to Clarity 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Create a new project (11/25/2022 -> 11/25/2023)
Create a new milestone task (11/25/2022)
Open project in MSP
Set the task to Manually Scheduled
Save the project back to Clarity
Change the milestone date to a different one (11/30/2022)
Open project in MSP

Expected results: Start and Finish dates for the milestone are 11/30/2022. Project saves correctly.
Actual results: Start is 11/30/2022 and Finish is 11/25/2022 (previous date prior to the change). Unable to save the project back

Environment

Clarity 16.0.3 and 16.1.0
MSP 2019 32-bit 16.0.15726.20202 (November 8, 2022)
