AOF )CMD Rule cannot be acceptable

Issue/Introduction

AOF command rule CMDDAL was created, but it cannot be executed from the console and the following message is displayed.
Are there any other definitions or settings which are missing?

Resolution

The library containing the AOF CMD rule (the Ruleset library specified in OPSSPAxx) is not properly Enabled.

Please Enable the concerned Ruleset library and its members from 2.1 of OPSVIEW and execute again.
