Missing "Checklist - Edit All" - right

Issue/Introduction

Project Manager or admin cannot delete and rename checklist of another user. This might be problematic if checklist owner is not available or left the company.

Is there any reason not to have a "Checklist - Edit All"- Right?

 

Example: Admin cannot delete or rename checklist
