Autosys Workload Automation

Issue/Introduction

I am installing autosys by following this manual:

On Server1, 
 - install Oracle - will have the Autosys DB
 - install following components
     Scheduler
     REST Web service (prereq for ECLI and Agent Inventory WCC )
     Application Server
     EEM

On Server2,
 - install Oracle - will have the WCC DB
 - install following components
     Web UI (WCC)
     Application Server   : WCC will use this application server so that we put all the WCC work off from the application server on server1

Server 1 went fine, without errors nor warnings.

Server 2 setup doesn't let me pass the last steps, because I get the error:

[CAUAJM_E_112101] Unable to connect to the CA EEM server.
EE_SPONSORERROR iSponsor Error

igateway is running fine on server1

autosys_secure works fine too.

EEM webpage however is down.

Tried to modify the hosts according to KB, but it doesn't fix the problem...

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Resolution

Firewall was blocking 5250 port. 

Once Opened issue resolved and EEM page started working fine.
