Issue/Introduction

When adding a new route, the new change requires a propagation time in order to be fully operational. Sending emails straightway to it after adding it may result in a 500-type error.

Resolution

Clients must allow a period of 5min to 20min for the newly added route in order to have it fully propagated. This covers both inbound and outbound routes.
