Propagation time for newly added email routes in Email.cloud

Issue/Introduction

Adding a new route or any changes in the inbound/outbound route requires propagation time for it to be fully functional.  

Environment

Email Security.cloud

Resolution

While the full propagation time for these changes can extend up to an hour, clients can typically test and verify if they are in effect much sooner, usually within 5 to 20 minutes from the time it was changed.
