Different way to transfer Transport Case file from development to production environment, vice-versa

Issue/Introduction

What are different ways  to transfer Transport Case file from development to production environment, vice-versa ?

 

Environment

Release : 12.3.x, 21.x

Resolution

Option 1: To have  file shared drive between the Prod and Dev environments.

 

Option 2: Another option is to install a RA FTP agent on the Dev environment and FTP server on Production environment. Then, create a ftp job to transfer the file to the Production environment,vice-versa.
