Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) license renewal is not being reflected in the Portal

Issue/Introduction

The license for Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS) has been renewed but is not showing correctly on the portal as "Licensed".

• "Web Security" shows as: Expired
• "Web Protection Suite" shows as: Licensed
  
  

Cause

The new license for Cloud SWG is called WPS ("Web Protection Suite") and will be used with all new renewals and purchases.

Resolution

Since WPS is the new license being used for Cloud SWG, WPS will show as licensed rather than the old "Web Security" license.
