Issue/Introduction

After reconfiguring ITPAM to use Office365 as the mail server, PAM is not reading incoming emails correctly.  The email format looks like this:

This was working before configuring for Office365

Resolution

The fix for this is delivered with 4.3.05 CP07 and 4.4 CP01.
