After upgrade to 16.1.0 Custom Object Flyout Tabs are out of order

Issue/Introduction

Once upgraded to 16.1.0, the flyout views are out of order that was set up by numbers, and admins have to manually update and publish the Blueprints to fix this

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a custom subobject to Project in 16.0.3
2. Create few tabs in Custom Object Flyout
3. Name them accordingly 1_, 2_, etc to be able to have the correct order
4. Have few blueprints having the flyouts config the same with this sorting
5. Now upgrade to 16.1.0
6. Go to create a custom object and note the flyout tabs order

Expected Results: the order to remain the same

Actual Results: Order is random and no longer what was configured on all the blueprints for this module

Cause

This is caused by DE67456

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.1.1

Workaround - Go and manually update in the Blueprint and then Publish
