RC/Migrator job fails with message RMA180E

Issue/Introduction

When running RC/Migrator for Db2 for z/OS (RCM) analysis it fails with RC0016 with these messages:                                       

RMA180E YOU HAVE SELECTED TO USE PDS ANALYSIS, BUT THERE IS NO PDS   
      FOR SSID ssid IN THE MIGRATOR PARMLIB MEMBER.                                                                                                      

  MIGRATOR ANALYSIS COMPLETED, RETURN CODE =  16

Resolution

Please review this option: 

PDS ANALYSIS   ===> Y     <====  should be set to N

The PDS ANALYSIS option indicates whether to use a PDS to access the product internal structure of the DB2 subsystem.
Valid values are:

Y - Use a partitioned data set (PDS) to access the internal structure of the DB2 subsystem.
     Read access must be held for the partitioned data set.
N - Do not use PDS access. N is the default.
