Environment

Symantec Endpoint Manager upgraded to 14.3. RU6 

Cause

File located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Php\Include\Common  is corrupted/not updated.

Resolution

Verify files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Php\Include\Common\ location.
Compare if connectdb.php was created at the same date as others - if it is older this is the source of the problem.

Example:

 

Replace connectdb.php with file that is taken from valid working installation - can be fresh done on other system but same software version.
