Integrate Cloud SWG (WSS) with dedicated cloud ISOLATION tenant

Issue/Introduction

Customer has Cloud SWG (WSS) tenant and the dedicated Cloud Web Isolation tenant that he would like to integrate.

Environment

Dedicated Web Isolation tenant.

Cloud SWG with full isolation.

Cause

There is no self service, or UI option available under the Cloud SWG portal to proceed with such integration.

Resolution

Integration between Cloud SWG and dedicated Cloud Web Isolation tenant can be completed by the Web Isolation Backend team.

Please open a ticket with the Web isolation technical support team to proceed, and provide the following details to process the request.

- Cloud SWG tenant ID or Subscription ID.

- Cloud Isolation tenant name.
