Cannot secure custom attribute

Issue/Introduction

We have an attribute on the "Benefit Plan" object called 

Plan of Record

Boolean

odf_ca_benefitplan

plan_of_record

This is a tick box displayed under Project -> Financials -> Benefit Plans

 

 

But we need to secure the attribute, so its only editable by certain Groups.

Checking in MUX -> Administration -> Attributes, I cannot find the attribute to secure
