After upgrade to 22.2.2 SRM has not finished starting

We have upgraded our Spectrum infrastructure to 22.2.2 and now we are seeing an issue with SRM. When I try to access the Administrator -> Report Manager page from OneClick Web Console I get a message as follows.

SRM has not finished starting.
Please try refreshing the page later or check the Tomcat log to ensure that the server has started.


When checking in the tomcat log we are seeing:


Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Operation not allowed for a result set of type ResultSet.TYPE_FORWARD_ONLY.

Defect in Report Manager


Known issue under defect DE549404  which is fixed in 22.2.4 


We have created a patch for 22.2.2 as 22.2.4 has not yet been released and the fix is included in patch 22.2.2_PTF_22.2.201.
