Custom client memory increase not reflected in new OneClick java clients

Issue/Introduction

when we increase the java client max memory, it is not reflected in the OC gui as expected.

what is expected:

Environment

Release : 21.2

Cause

After making changed to the OneClick client memory, we need to launch a new jnlp file which should reflect the new settings as below.

Resolution

Clear the java cache and launch a new jnlp file from the "Start Console" button on the OneClick web page.

Custom client memory setting are saved to custom\common\config \custom-jnlp-config.xml
