Enabling Remember Me in VIP Authentication Hub

Issue/Introduction

In older version of Auth hub on the login page there was a feature called remember me and remember this device which gave the option of what you had logged in last time. In release M8 and M9 I do not see that feature.

 

Environment

Release : October.01.2022

Resolution

Remember Me and Trusted Device feature can be enabled from the AuthHub Admin console. Please follow the below steps to enable these features.

1. Login to AuthHub Admin console.
2. Go to the Gear Icon ( Settings section)
3. Click on the Service Configuration section
4. Look for Remember Me and Trusted Device and enable them.

Next time when you login to the application, these options will appear.
