Error You have successfully signed out when a VIP administrator logs into VIP Manager through the organization's single sign-on (SSO).
The session for the previous login expired before the administrator signed out. During the next login, the previous session is reset and redirected to https://manager.vip.symantec.com/vipmgr/signout.v.
Close the browser page where the error is seen, then attempt a second login using the same VIP Manager login link provided by your organization. Do not attempt a second login by clicking the Sign In link at the top of the page (seen in the screenshot above).
Note: The VIP engineering team has identified the cause and implemented a fix to address the issue, The issue should be resolved now.
