POST Windows security patching SOI console is unresponsive and gives an empty error message
Logs show error below:
Error while getting transaction:The internal connection pool has reached its maximum size and no connection is currently available!

This error usually happens on Issues with the DB connection pool, resources not released/reused quickly enough.
Update to the latest patch level found here:
Increase the size of the connection pool limit in the
<SOI_MANAGER_HOME>\tomcat\lib\hibernate.cfg.xml

The recommended size is 200.
