Issue/Introduction

Google Workspace (GSuite) Securlet supports a few applications and one of them is "Google Keep" , this article goes through the requirements and steps on how to activate Google Keep.

Environment

In order to add google keep, a new scope needs to be added to Elastica Securlet app. This can be done via Google admin console

1. Log in to Google Admin
2. Navigate to Security > API Controls > Elastica Securlet
3. Click on Edit
4. Add the following two scopes [https://www.googleapis.com/auth/keep  and 
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/keep.readonly]
5. Contact Cloudsoc Support, share your Cloudsoc Tenant ID to enable Google Keep on your tenant 

 

 

Resolution

After following all the requirements listed above, the next step is to add Google Keep subscription to Google Gsuite Securlet and go through the reactivation "without Purge"
