Installing Policy Trace removes Forwarding Layer policy

Issue/Introduction

When creating a policy trace on Management Center and selecting 'run now', the existing Forwarding policy (seen in sysinfo) is removed.  

The 'run now' function does not append policy trace to forwarding policy file  It over writes the existing forwarding policy file.  However, the schedule job function will append to end of the forwarding policy file.

Environment

Release : 3.3.2.1

Cause

Generating a policy trace and selecting run now will overwrite existing Forwarding Policy file.

 

 

Resolution

Workaround:  Create the policy trace and select schedule job.  Then select run immediately.  The policy trace will be appended to the forwarding policy.
