TDM Portal 404 error

Issue/Introduction

While trying to launch CA TDM Portal, getting error as "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found". I checked if the services are running and both "ORIENT DB & CA TDM PORTAL" Services are up and running.

Not sure what is the reason for this however this was working fine till yesterday. 

Portal version is TDMWeb-4.10.117.0

Please suggest what could be the reason for this issue.

Environment

Release : 4.10

Cause

Incomplete startup of underlying microservices for TDM Portal Service.

Resolution

The microservices services did not started properly though the TDMPortalService has started and running.

Stopping and restarting TDMPortal and OrientDB services resolved the issue.
