Increasing Sessions seen in MDB after GRLoader job completes

Issue/Introduction

When customer uses GRLoader to create new or update items they see the number of connections from SDM to the MDB increase even after the GRLoader job is complete. 

Environment

Release : 17.x

Database : Oracle / SQL Server

Resolution

This is normal as there is still work to be done after the GRLoader job is complete.

After being idle for 5 minutes these sessions should close

The number of sessions should not drop below NX_MIN_DBAGENT configured in NX.env

Use pdm_vdbinfo to gain more information about the work being done
