How to collect specific Sysinfo snapshots and the entire eventlog

For Management Console (Java Version)

To find the sysinfo snapshots, from the management console, please go to Statistics > Advanced > Diagnostics > (Show saved snapshots). Please download for only the dates requested and upload the same to the Technical Support ticket. See the snippet below, for further guidance.

To access the entire eventlog, please utilize the URL: https://<proxy_ip:8082/eventlog/statistics>. Click "Download" to download the entire eventlog and upload the same to the Tech. Support ticket for investigation.

For Admin Console:

To find the sysinfo snaphots access Admin Console, then please go to Administration -> Service Information -> Snapshots

To upload Sysinfo snaphots into ticket, please go to Administration -> Send Information -> Send Selected Info Now (Show Selected and Send)

Check snapshots and click Select 

Select snaphost and hit Apply

Put Case Number and Click Send.
