Does the Cloud SWG Agent (formerly known as WSS Agent) support VDI environments?

Resolution

Per the Cloud SWG documentation at: 

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Support

The following VDI configurations are supported: 

• Azure Virtual Desktop (Windows 10 Multi-session)
  
  
• Windows 365
  
  
• Citrix Workspace
  
  
• VDI environments that present a full virtual machine that is exclusive to each user

NOTE: You must install the agent with the MCU=1 option

 

Cloud SWG (WSS) Agent is NOT supported in the following VDI environments: 

• Other VDI environments not mentioned where multiple users share a single installation of the operating system.
• Windows Server operating systems.
