Filter value not being loaded in dropdown

Issue/Introduction

In some cases, a saved view may become corrupted and the values in a dropdown do not load correctly

Resolution

If a view becomes corrupted, the quickest path to resolution is to recreate the saved view.  There is very little that can be done to salvage the view from a support perspective
